Urgent Requirement – QMIS Sr. Supervisor & QMIS Supervisor (Saudi Arabia)
Descripción
We are urgently hiring qualified professionals for the following categories. CV submission is required immediately, as shortlisting will be done tomorrow and interviews will begin from Saturday onwards.
Experience with Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.
Salary range is provided below — negotiation possible within average limits.

Job Description
QMIS Sr. Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise all quality activities and inspection teams across assigned capital projects.
-
Direct inspection personnel and ensure adequate training and certification.
-
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and procedures.
-
Review and evaluate contractor QA/QC systems and maintain inspection records.
-
Conduct site visits, resolve inspection issues, and provide technical support.
-
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Qualification & Experience:
-
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
-
CSWIP 3.2.2 Certification.
-
ASQ Quality Manager or equivalent.
-
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
-
Minimum 17 years of inspection experience (7 years in supervisory/managerial role).
-
Strong knowledge of US Codes, testing procedures, and Saudi Aramco Schedule Q.
-
Saudi Aramco project experience preferred.
QMIS Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise inspection activities and provide work direction to inspection teams.

Ensure work quality in line with applicable standards and procedures.
-
Review QA/QC systems and maintain inspection documentation.

Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective measures.
-
Support project management in resolving inspection-related issues.
Qualification & Experience:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

CSWIP 3.2.2 Certification.
-
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
-
Minimum 14 years of inspection experience (7 years in supervisory/managerial role).
-
Strong understanding of codes, procedures, and Saudi Aramco standards.
-
Saudi Aramco project experience preferred.
