About the Role:
A highly competent and strategically minded Lead Electrical Engineer to represent the Owner side. This role requires a combination of exceptional technical skills in high-voltage power generation with proven stakeholder management capabilities, while taking full ownership of electrical construction, testing, pre-commissioning, and final grid synchronization

Brief Job Responsibility:

• Lead the interface coordination between the IPP, GIS and key stakeholders (SEC/SPPC/Saudi Energy etc), ensuring alignment on technical requirements, approvals, and timely execution of the work.
• Follow up on Grid impact study (GIS) deliverables and requirements, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure compliance, closure of comments, and readiness for grid connection.
• Streamline construction by prioritizing upcoming activities and coordinating timely documents submission.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and proactively address concerns with the EPC team while providing regular reporting to site management
• Conduct inspections in line with approved documents and Nonconformance (NCR) & field observations (FONs) reporting
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor productivity, quality and safety and observations to be reported

Required Qualifications & Experience:

v  Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.

v  Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years of robust experience in similar project

v  Hands-on experience of working with SPPC, Ministry of Energy, and SEC clearance frameworks.

v  Deep knowledge of high-voltage sub-stations, power generation controls, protective relaying, and electrical grid etc
